Wise old-time investors often say, "The time to buy is when blood is running in the streets.” That time has almost arrived. Act now, and be prepared to join me and other partners to purchase these commercial real estate properties such as land for future development, strip centers, multi family units, office buildings and multi unit light industrial complexes.

Market fluctuations always bring new opportunities. The real estate market is depressed and will get worse before it turns around. We want to be the owners of these properties before it is too late. The housing bust, credit crunch, has all contributed to this current down cycle, and now the ongoing government bail outs.  Flooding the market with trillions of dollars will eventually create inflation, causing decline in value of the dollar and subsequent rise in taxes and interest rates. Inflationary period will most likely last several years because the Feds will continue pumping money into the system to ramp up the economy. The most likely sectors leading the recovery will be in the new energy sources and high tech industries. Eventually, the real estate will be one of the beneficiaries as the prices gradually rise to new highs.

We plan to invest as much as we can within the next 18 months. The acquisitions will be on an all cash basis unless long term financing is available. Plan to hold for income stream, and sell when most opportune times arrive. Holding period is estimated to be 5 to 8 years.
